not surprising coming from the federal government. However I agree the term Allergy is widely overused. Why don’t we just call them reactions. As far as testing… it certainly narrowed the options that were making caleb have allergy symptoms after we got him tested via blood and skin test. Then yes the food challenge test backed up the results from the blood test. I can’t imagine how long it would take to figure it all out had we not paid for the tests. It was well worth every penny, that we bearly had. We have seen such a dramatic result in his health. The best thing about the test is that it tests for preservatives and chemicals found in foods as well as the food itself. We always thought he was “allergic” to milk but it was actually the carageenen in the milk that evokes a response, not the milk itself. That is just one example.

We got ours today too! Max is 6 and you can use the $26 value as a credit towards a season pass as well (you just have to bring your ticket purchase to Ocean Breeze to do this!)
