As a nurse and mother of 3, I think this is all great advice. I got a laugh out of the comment in #2, keep your hands away from your face except to eat, bathe or slap:)

I just squirt it up there and away we go! I sort of surprise them (after they brush thier teeth…but no one complains!)

Hannah hasn’t used one yet but maybe SB can ring in on those…. I was using the q-tip in saltwater method. Best of luck and let me know how the saline spray works – I should try that too!

Thanks Shawnea for posting. I have a Neti pot at home and it works great. I need to get saline spray for kids. Has Hannah used one before? Is it difficult/comfortable for the kids to use? Thanks again!

I got this email the other day and decided to implement the plan…I bought some Listerine for Tyler and I and made some salt water for the kids. We also got saline spray for everyone. What is funny is that now every night when we read stories the kids sit there and sniff (as the water drips out) the entire time–three kids, three noses = a lot of sniffing. AND Tyler called Listerine “The Devil’s Drink” every night after he swishes. Too funny!
