Interesting article. I had to take Zoloft (an SSRI) when I was nursing my 6 month-old because I was having anxiety attacks while my husband was deployed. At the time, Zoloft was the only SSRI approved for use while breastfeeding. It did not affect my milk supply for the next 6 months, but I do wonder what would have happened if I had to do that with a brand new baby.
